What you'll need: -2 Tbsp. melted butter -2 6 ounce salmon fillets -2 Tbsp. Cherchies® Champagne Mustard -2 Tbsp. Cherchies® White Tea Key Lime Preserve -2 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar How to: Coat the bottom of a baking pan with melted butter. Place the salmon, with the skin-side down, onto the melted butter. Mix the mustard, preserve and vinegar thoroughly until it thickens and pour sauce mixture over salmon. Bake until cooked. Do not overcook. |
