Tomato & Lime Party Hors d'oeuvres

Laura Williams of Columbia, South Carolina!Ingredients:Pepper'n Lime Seasoning4 oz. Mayonnaise
1/2 inch Slices of Sourdough Bread
Campari Tomatoes (or similiar type of small - 1 to 2 inch tomato)
How to prepare this recipe:Several hours before serving - mix together 1 teaspoon
of Pepper'n Lime Seasoning and 4 ounces of Mayonnaise.
Chill.
Just before serving - remove crusts from breade slices.
Spread each piece with the mayo mixture and cut each
bread square into fourths.
Cut the ends off the tomatoes then slice them (you
should get at least four slices out of each tomato)
and place one slice on each bread square.
Place bread squares on a serving platter and sprinkle
with additional seasoning to taste.
