Dick VanKuiken of Grandville, MI sent this to us. He combines our Champagne Mustard and our Garlic Seasoning (or No Salt Garlic'n Herbs) for a delicious mushroom dish that can be served as a side or a complement to steak or chicken!
Here's what Dick had to say "You should be ashamed of yourselves for creating such a good product! These mushrooms are absolutely delicious because of the Champagne Mustard. I also dip some cheddar cheese in the Champagne Mustard. I could easily eat the entire jar at one time!"
Put all of the mixture into a frying pan. Add 8 oz. of fresh mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Do not overcook. Serve immediately.
