Shrimp with Honey Pepper Vinaigrette

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. sherry vinegar

2 Tbsp. honey

1 Tbsp. minced shallots

1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp. Cherchies® Pepper Pizzazz Seasoning

1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced

1.4 lb. medium shrimp (cooked and peeled)

●Add first six ingredients to a small mixing bowl.

●Heat in microwave oven for about one minute or until flavors are well blended.

●Pour over the shrimp and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving. Can be made the night before.

●Place on a platter and serve with toothpicks.
