Scalloped Mustard Potatoes
Ingredients6 to 7 baking potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup
Cherchies® Champagne Mustard4 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
1 1/4 cup chicken broth

●Preheat oven to 425º. ●Butter an oven proof dish which you can cook and serve in. ●In a separate bowl, blend Champagne Mustard, butter, salt and pepper. ●Put a third of the potatoes in your oven proof dish and dot the potatoes with a third of the butter mixture and a third of the grated cheese. ●Repeat the layers two more times ending with the grated cheese on top. ●Pour chicken broth over potatoes and place baking dish in the oven for 60 to 65 minutes.
