Ruffled Lem'n Dill Potatoes
Ingredients

6 medium size new potatoes

non stick cooking spray

2 TBSP. melted butter

2 TBSP. water

1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 TBSP. Cherchies® Lem'n Dill Seasoning

Preparation

Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. Do not cut too deeply to insure potatoes remain intact. Place cut side up on pan sprayed with cooking spray. Blend remaining ingredients well and brush over scored potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour. Baste with pan drippings before serving.
