Rose's Roasted Champagne Beets
Ingredients

4 medium beets

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. honey

2 Tbsp. Cherchies® Champagne Mustard

Preparation:

●Peel and quarter beets.

●Place uncooked beets on a greased baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

●Bake at 375º for 40 minutes

●Combine honey and Cherchies® Champagne Mustard. Mix thoroughly.

●Drizzle on beets and cook for 10 minutes more.
