1/3 jar
Cherchies® Cranberry Preserve1/2 lemon
Preparation:Place salmon filet skin side down on greased, foil covered, shallow baking pan. Squeeze lemon juice into
Cherchies® Cranberry Preserve. Stir well and spread over top of the salmon. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes or until done. Garnish with additional lemon and fresh parsley if desired.
For a spicier dish, use
Cherchies® Cranberry Hot Pepper Jelly in place of our Cranberry Preserve.
Serve immediately.
Note: This recipe is based on 2 servings. If more servings are required, increase
Cranberry Preserve and lemon as needed.
