Pasta and Roasted Peppers

Ingredients

1 lb. ziti pasta

4 TBSP olive oil

1 lb. broccoli, diced

4 oz. CHERCHIES® ROASTED PEPPERS'N GARLIC

1/2 cup water

grated Parmesan cheese

salt and pepper

Prepare pasta per package directions. While pasta is cooking, warm 2 oz. of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and saute' for 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Add ROASTED PEPPERS'N GARLIC , 1/2 cup water, stir and cover. Cook for 3 minutes, then drain well. Mix broccoli and ROASTED PEPPERS'N GARLIC mix into drained cooked pasta. Drizzle 2 TBSP. of olive oil over pasta. Stir. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on pasta, and salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 4.
