Northwest Baked Chicken
Ingredients8 whole chicken breasts, skinned and split
1/4 cup
CHERCHIES® CHAMPAGNE MUSTARD
3 TBSP. white wine
1 1/4 cups fine bread crumbs
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Non-stick cooking spray

Pat dry chicken breasts. Mix
CHAMPAGNE MUSTARD
and wine. Dip each piece in mustard mixture, then in a mixture of bread crumbs and cheese. Spray baking sheet and place each piece of chicken, meaty side up, on the sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a very hot oven, about 450 degrees.
Serves 10-12.
