Ingredients4 large baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tsp.
Cherchies® Garlic Seasoning3/4 cup cream
1 tsp.
Cherchies® Lem'n Dill Seasoning1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Paprika
PreparationCook potates in boiling water to cover 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash. Saute onion in olive oil until tender. Stir onions and next four ingredients into mashed potatoes. Spoon into lightly greased 2 quart casserols and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill up to 8 hours. Before serving, bring to room temperature and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until thoroughly warmed.
