Ham Glaze
Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
1 TBSP. flour
1 TBSP. vinegar
1 TBSP. frozen concentrate of orange juice
3 TBSP. CHERCHIES® CHAMPAGNE MUSTARD

About 30 minutes before your ham is finished baking, score ham in diamond fashion. Combine ingredients, stirring until smooth. Spread half of the mixture over ham. 15 minutes before ham is cooked, baste again with remaining mixture.
