Crunchy Ham Pockets

Ingredients

2 cups cooked and diced ham

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 jar Cherchies® Pretty Hot Peppers, drained

3 Tbsp. chopped onion

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. Cherchies® Champagne Mustard

1/2 tsp. pepper

3 whole pitas, cut in half

lettuce leaves, washed and dried

●Combine first seven ingredients. ●Chill in bowl. ●To serve, place lettuce leaf in pita pocket and fill with ham mixture.

Makes 6 pita halves
