Cherchies Rice El Greco

Ingredients1 cup long grain rice
1 3/4 cup cold chicken or beef stock
1 1/2 TBSP.
Cherchies® Lem'n Dill Seasoning2 oz. blanched sliced almonds
Butter, ad lib
PreparationPlace rice in sauce pan with cold stock and
Lem'n Dill. Cover tightly and heat to boiling. Turn heat to low. Let rice steam 20 to 25 minutes until all liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork. Meanwhile, roast almonds in oven at 350 degrees until light brown. Mix almonds and butter with rice - can be made ahead and reheated.
