Our Chicken Pot Pie Soup is one of our best selling products. With its rich homemade flavor, extra-wide noodles, a vegetable packet and a very tasty seasoning packet, our chicken soup is nourishing and delicious. It is a "quick cooking" comfort food. Serve it year-round for a truly satisfying meal. Makes approximately 9 (1 cup) servings.

What you will need:
1 lb. Cooked Chicken (boil or bake chicken, remove skin, cut meat up into bite size pieces)
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1 Small Onion, chopped
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
10 Cups Water
Preparation:
- Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil. Set aside.
- Add 10 cups water to cooking pot. Bring to a boil. Add pasta squares, vegetable packet and seasoning packet to pot. Bring to a boil.
- Add 1 lb. cooked, cut up chicken and sautéed garlic and onion mixture to pot.
- Optional: Make biscuit mix dumplings, using a package mix such as Bisquick®, and spoon them into the cooking pot after the chicken and sauteed mixture have been added to the pot.
- Reduce to simmer and cook covered 20 minutes until done.
