CHAMPAGNE MUSTARD AND BEER SHRIMP

• 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (leave tails intact)

• 1/4 cup Cherchies® Champagne Mustard

• 1/4 cup of your favorite beer

• Cayenne pepper to taste

How to prepare the recipe

• Prepare medium hot coals on grill

• Skewer shrimp by bending shrimp in u-shape and inserting skewer thru large end and then thru tail

• Sprinkle shrimp with cayenne pepper

• Mix mustard and beer together in a small bowl • Brush mixture on shrimp and grill over coals for 2-3 minutes per side, basting again half way through cooking, being careful not to overcook.

• Remove from coals and enjoy.

• Drink remaining beer.
