Cherchies Crocked Cheese

Ingredients

10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

10 oz. butter, softened

2 Tbsp. sherry

2 Tbsp. horseradish

1 1/2 tsp. Cherchies® Garlic Seasoning

●Blend all incredients well and pack in a crock. ●Refrigerate. ●Serve with crackers.

This is better if it is made several days before serving.
