Beef Stroganoff originated in Russia but you don't have to go there to enjoy its traditional taste. We've done it for you by developing a Beef Stroganoff taste in a delicious and hearty Soup! We've combined spices, vegetables and egg noodles - you add the beef and in no time you have a delicious and hearty meal that your family is sure to love!
Makes about 7 (1 cup) servings.

What you will need:
3 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
4 Cups Water
4 Cups Milk
Preparation:
-Melt butter in microwave or on stovetop. Stir in Stroganoff seasoning pack from bag until crumbly. Set aside.
-Cook ground beef in frying pan, draining fat well. Set aside.
-In a soup pot, bring 4 cups water to a boil and add vegetable pack, mushrooms and noodles. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
-Add butter and seasoning mixture and 4 cups of milk to soup pot. Bring to a boil and continue cooking 3 minutes or until slightly thickened and pasta is cooked to your taste of doneness.
-Add ground beef and continue cooking an additional 2 minutes. Serve hot.
-For a festive flair: Add a touch of sherry and/or a dollop of sour cream onto individual servings.
