Barbecued Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1 TBSP. Olive oil

1 lb. boneless pork chops, cut into strips

1 1/2 cups water

1/2 cup CHERCHIES® APPLE BUTTER COOKING & DIPPING SAUCE

2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables

1 pkg. fast cooking rice, uncooked

4 green onions

Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Add pork. Cook and stir 4 minutes or until evenly browned. Add water, APPLE BUTTER COOKING & DIPPING SAUCE , and vegetables. Mix well and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in rice. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in green onions.

Serves 4.
