Asian Grilling & Stir Fry Sauce with Sherry

We discontinued this very different Sauce for a while and caught heck from some people who were addicted to it. (We used to call it Brush'n Broil Sauce.) We brought it back under a different name with an even better taste than before. Not the typical tomato-based sauce. Instead it's made with soy, olive oil, sherry, seasonings and a bit of habanera heat. Not a lot of heat - just enough to give it some character. People use it as a marinade or as a barbecue/grilling sauce, and also for stir-fry.
